How we work

Four phases, one studio.

Every project moves through the same four phases. Same studio owns each one, so the brand does not lose voice at the handoff.

Identify · Weeks 1–2

Phase 01

Brand audit and journey mapping.

Surface the gaps nobody named.

Every project starts with a proper look at the business. The customer journey, the existing touchpoints, the brand as it lives in the world today. We map what's there, what's missing, and what's actively working against you.

This is where the scope gets set. See the four Fleet sizes for how we frame it.

What happens

  • Brand + touchpoint audit
  • Customer journey mapping
  • Competitor landscape
  • Scope + priorities workshop

Build · Weeks 2–10

Phase 02

Design and system.

Design the whole system, not the pieces.

Once the direction is clear, we design across every touchpoint at once. Brand system, websites, packaging, signage, print, presentations, sales tools. Same team, so nothing contradicts itself.

What happens

  • Brand identity system
  • Websites + portals
  • Packaging + print design
  • Signage + trade show
  • Sales + presentation tools

Produce · Weeks 6–16

Phase 03

Printing, sourcing, and vendor coordination.

Ship it. Actually ship it.

Good design that never leaves a PDF is not design; it's a mood board. We coordinate printers, fabricators, vendors, and freight so the deliverable that shows up matches the deliverable that was designed.

What happens

  • Vendor sourcing + management
  • Print production
  • Quality control passes
  • Freight + logistics
  • Rollout coordination

Manage · Ongoing

Phase 04

Rollout and long-term partnership.

Stay in as the long-term partner.

The brand is not a one-time drop. New products launch, seasons change, teams turn over. We stay embedded so the system holds. Updates roll out consistently, new pieces match the old, nothing drifts.

What happens

  • Ongoing brand guardianship
  • Seasonal + launch updates
  • New-piece onboarding
  • Retainer support
